Terms of rental
- down payment: € 200,00 when booking
- final payment: upon arrival or prepayment
- no deposit
- day of arrival: saturday or by agreement
- arrival: from 4.00 pm, departure: till 10.00 am
- minimum rent of 3 nights
Local tax (adults, children from the age of 15)
- € 3,50 per night

Terms of cancellation
- Cancellations are only valid in written form!
- We charge 30% of the total amount up to 3 months before arrival.
- We charge 50% of the total amount 1-3 months before arrival.
- We charge 70% of the the total amount 1 week - 1 month before arrival.
- We charge 90% of the total amount up to 1 week before arrival or in the event of a no-show.
- Early departures must be paid in full (less local tax).
